Hebei Changhong Valve Co., Ltd. is a collection of research, development, manufacturing metallurgical valve enterprises, covering an area of 36 mu, with the blanking, welding, heat treatment, processing, assembly, finished product testing and pressure, finishing and other production workshops. Production facilities are 4M vertical car, T613 boring machine, four roller plate rolling machine, CNC cutting machine, automatic submerged arc welding machine, 60T crane and other processing and testing equipment more than 130 sets (sets), forming large, medium, general, special metallurgical valve production capacity and complete means of testing.

Factory production of valve products are: electric, hydraulic, pneumatic blind valve (plug plate valve); Three eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve, dust and gas butterfly valve, regulating butterfly valve; Ball valve, ash relief valve, explosion relief (safety) valve, slurry valve, water seal backcheck valve, three-way switch valve, gas block valve, top release valve, pressure equaling valve, pressure regulating valve group, blast furnace probe and hoist, etc. Through the optimization design specially for the BLAST furnace gas residual pressure generation unit (TRT) system, the electric and hydraulic fully closed plug plate valve, quick cut off valve, by-pass valve and other supporting products are developed and produced, and used by (TRT) system.
